The nonstick coating solvesthe problems that the surface of the oxygen lance of the steelmaking converter is stuck with steel slag severely, and the steel slag is hard to scrape down. The coating on the oxygen lance prevents the steel slag from directly contacting an oxygen lance body, the coating that has worse wettability with the steel slag leads the adhesive property of the steel slag splashed onto the surface of the oxygen lance to become worse, and the oxygen lance does not bond with the steel slag no longer basically after the steel slag is scraped down through an oxygen lance slag scraper, thereby leading the work intensity of workers to be reduced greatly, and avoiding the hidden dangers when deslagging by using a knockout bar.
