The present invention provides a gas-actuated relay checking table and a checking method thereof, wherein the gas-actuated relay checking table comprises the following components: a mechanical part, a fluid flow part, a flow capacity detecting part and a microcomputer control part, wherein the mechanical part comprises a clamping device (1), a pressure adjusting device (2) and a working table (15). The fluid flow part comprises an oil box (4), a pressure stabilizing oil box (5), an oil pump (6), a flow sensor (10), an adjusting valve (7), a strainless steel steady flow pipe (8) and a pipeline (9). The flow capacity detecting part comprises a flow capacity sensor. The microcomputer control part comprises a computer (11), an industrial control machine (12), a control interface plate, and an oil pump activating open-phase and over-current protecting circuit (14). The pulse current and voltage signal output by the checking table are input in the microcomputer for controlling oil flow capacity after amplifying and rectifying. Through the superfine and stepless detecting and control of adjusting valve to the flow velocity of fluid such as liquid and oil, the checking detection satisfying various gas-actuated relay can be obtained. Especially a problem that the floater type or floating ball type gas-actuated relay runs supra-periodically and can not detect is settled.
