The invention relates to a method for preparing linoleic acid from highland barley wheat bran oil, belonging to the grain deep processing technology field. The linoleic acid weight content of the refined linoleic acid prepared in by the method of the invention is not less than 80%. The method of the invention achieves the advantages of simple preparation technology, mild reaction condition and high linoleic acid yield.
