The invention relates to a clamp sensing structure. The body of the structure comprises a fixing body, a fixed holding part, a movable holding part and at least one sensing unit, wherein one side of the fixing body is provided with a holding opening; the fixing body is assembled with the fixed holding part at one end of the holding opening, while the other end is assembled with the movable holding part; the fixed holding part and the movable holding part form a corresponding state; and the movable holding part can adjust the relative movement with the fixed body so as to change the distance with the fixed holding part. The sensing unit is arranged on the fixed body and can sense the deflection. At least one processing unit is arranged on the fixed body and measures and displays torque force values through the sensing units. The clamp sensing structure can measure the deflection of a C-shaped clamp so as to provide warning function.
