The invention relates to a method of planting slope-protecting nursery stocks. According to the gradient of a vegetation, precast blocks made of concrete are arranged on the vegetation and are spliced into a honeycombed vegetation body, and each precast block is provided with at least one planting hole; and plantable soil is respectively filled at the bottoms of the precast blocks, and straw cylinders for planting the nursery stocks are respectively arranged in the planting holes of the precast blocks and are in the shapes matched with the interiors of the planting holes. The bottom of each straw cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom of straw by a positioning device to form a container, and planting soil is filled in the container; and after a plant is planted, a compacted straw cover is mounted on the surface layer of the planting soil, is earthed up and is watered. Otherwise, an insulation bag with ventilation function at the bottom is sleeved on each straw cylinder, and after a nursery stock is planted in the straw cylinder, the straw cylinder with the insulation bag is directly placed in the planting hole. The invention can naturally and slowly release fertilizer whichemits carbon dioxide in a rotting process so that the leaves of the nursery stocks are convenient to absorb the carbon dioxide, become loose, have good ventilation property and facilitate the plantation of plant roots.
