The invention relates to a decoration ceramic tile and decoration grains thereof as well as a manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment of the decoration grains. The decoration surface of the decoration ceramic tile is provided with prefabricated rice grain shaped decoration grains which are embedded into the decoration surface and arranged in the decoration surface in a random distribution state; the decoration surface is also provided with decoration grains, and the rice grain shaped decoration grains are randomly distributed partially and wholly in the grains of the decoration surface; the manufacturing process of the decoration grains comprises the steps of preparation, extrusion, cutting, drying and sieving fabricable pug; the manufacturing equipment of the decoration grains comprises a vacuum pugging machine, an extrusion mould, a cutting device, a material conveying belt, a drying device and a sieving device, wherein the extrusion mould is arranged at an outlet of the vacuum pugging machine and is provided with one or more rice grain shaped through holes; and the cutting device consists of rigid silk wires, a supporting frame and a driving motor. The invention has the characteristics that the grains are regular and abundant in variety, the process is simple and the decoration effect of the manufactured decoration ceramic tile is more natural and vivid than the decoration effect of surface grains of natural stones.
