The invention discloses an element diet with special medical purpose suitable for critical patient and patient with metabolic intestinal tract dysfunction, comprising by weight percentage: soya small peptide 17-19%, medium chain triglyceride 1.6-2.3%, soyabean oil, 1.6-2-2.3%, maltodextrin 70-72.5%, mineral matter mixture 1.6-2.0%, vitamin mixture 0.3-0.5%, tuckahoe 3.5-4.5%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the element diet. The element die protein is from the soya small peptide very beneficial for patient digestion and absorption.
