The invention discloses an enteral nutrition fluid for special medical purpose, which comprises nutrition fluid emulsion and nutrition fluid aqueous chaperone, wherein, the nutrition fluid emulsion and the nutrition fluid aqueous chaperone are contained in two containers respectively; the nutrition fluid emulsion contains protein, fat, carbohydrate and fat-soluble vitamins; and the nutrition fluid aqueous chaperone contains water-soluble vitamins, major elements and trace elements. The invention has the following advantages: (1) the quality is easily controllable, and the production cost is greatly reduced; (2) the concentration of the protein in the nutrition fluid can be increased from 4% to 6%-8%, therefore, the nutrition fluid is applicable to patients suffering from brain edema, heart failure and other diseases, whose water intake needs to be limited; (3) the nutrition fluid aqueous chaperone has flexible dosage, thereby providing convenience for increasing and decreasing the dosage and meeting various requirements for disease conditions; and (4) under the condition that the nutrition fluid aqueous chaperone is not used, the nutrition fluid emulsion is applicable to patients whose major element intake needs to be limited.
