The invention discloses a process and a device for preparing a stone without a hole. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, mixing materials and granulating, namely, blanking and pressing a plurality of micro-powder materials consisting of different components by a matched crusher, and processing the materials into more than two kinds of multilayer block granules; b, power distribution, namely, directly distributing the multilayer block granules in a grizzly screen by two groups of roller devices to form natural stack superposition with a mixture in the grizzly screen, spreading a layer or a plurality of layers of thin powder on the surface of the natural stack to form random lines and grains, and finally fully filling micro-powder flower pattern fabrics into the grizzly screen by a belt; c, distributing a decorative fabric and a base material which have been filled into the grizzly screen to a die frame by using a conventional distributing mode of counter beating the micro powder; d, pressing the materials by a press, drying the materials in a drying kiln, and burning the materials in a kiln; and e, polishing, grading and packing the materials. A brick body prepared by the process has strong three-dimensional granule tactile sensation, rich texture, smooth spontaneous change of lines and patterns, three-dimensional aesthetic sensibility and rich connotation.
