本发明涉及建筑装饰材料及其后成型加工技术领域，具体地说是一种对中密度纤维板进行表面直接涂饰的方法。本发明是建立底漆、仿真木纹、面漆的连续涂饰线，在连续涂饰线上以中密度纤维板为基材，对基材进行底漆、仿真木纹、面漆的连续涂饰。采用这种方法涂饰形成的底漆涂层、仿真木纹涂层、面漆涂层得以在0.5－2秒钟瞬间干燥成膜，涂饰速度快，质量好，无环境污染。

The invention relates to the field of architectural decoration material and its post-contour machining technology, concretely a method for surface directly coating beaverboard of middle density. The invention is indicated constructing continuous coating lines of priming lacquer, emulation grain and top-coat, taking the beaverboard of middle density as basic materials on the continuous coating lines, and continuously coating the basic materials to form into coating of the priming lacquer, emulation grain and top-coat. With employing this method, the aforementioned coatings can dry and form film in 0.5-2 seconds, the coating speed is quickly, and the quality is excellent without environment pollution.
