本发明公开了一种玉米脱粒机，通过在滚筒上方和下方相对位置分别安装固定筛网和调节筛网使玉米在滚筒和筛网之间碰撞，从而实现玉米脱粒，滚筒通过全封闭轴承安装在机架上，可以保证设备运行的稳定性和安全性，加宽的机架可以直接对较大的玉米棒进行脱粒，减少了加工工序。本发明结构简洁可靠、体积小巧、使用方便，每小时可以脱粒700－1000公斤玉米。

The invention discloses a corn sheller. A fixed screen and an adjusting screen are respectively arranged at corresponding positions above and below a roller so that corns collide between the roller and the screen stencils, thereby realizing corn shelling. The roller is arranged on a frame by totally-enclosed bearings, thus being capable of ensuring the stability and safety when the equipment operates; and the broadened frame can shell bigger corncobs directly, thereby reducing processing operations. The corn sheller has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, small volume and convenient operation and can shell 700kg-1000 kg corns per hour.
