The invention discloses a control method for a high-speed shared information channel, which comprises the following steps: performing data transmission between a terminal and a base station; and when the terminal determines to feed the data transmission back to the base station, determining HS-SICH used by feedback under the condition that whether an HS-PDSCH physical resource used by the data transmission, or data of the received HS-SCCH or HS-PDSCH indicates the HS-SICH or not. The invention also discloses another control method for the high-speed shared information channel and a control device for the high-speed shared information channel. The methods and the device can solve the problem of the HS-SICH used when the terminal cannot determine the feedback in the data transmission processafter adopting the HS-SCCH-less operation.
