一种块状石蜡的自动包装工艺方法。本发明的目的是为解决现有的手工包装块状石蜡的工作效率低、劳动强度大的问题。本发明提出的工艺方法包括以下步骤：(1)加速增距、(2)堆叠成垛、(3)缓冲等待、(4)推垛装袋、(5)推袋转向、(6)袋口缝合。利用本发明提出的工艺方法，可以实现块状石蜡的自动堆叠、装袋、封口，从而提高生产效率，降低劳动强度。

The invention relates to a process method for automatically packaging massive paraffin waxes. The process method aims to solve the problems that the prior manual package of the massive paraffin waxes has low working efficiency and high labor intensity. The process method comprises the following steps: (1) accelerative distance increase; (2) stacking; (3) buffering wait; (4) stack pushing and bagging; (5) bag pushing and diversion; and (6) bag mouth sewing. The process method can achieve automatic stacking, bagging and sealing of the massive paraffin waxes, thus the production efficiency is improved and the labor intensity is reduced.
