The externally-applied traditional Chinese medicine composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials of traditional Chinese medicines in parts by weight: 2-30 parts of peach kernel, 3-20 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 2-50 parts of fresh dandelion, 3-30 parts of notopterygium root, 3-30 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 3-15 parts of radix platycodi and 15-150 parts of mature vinegar. A paste prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to parts by weight is evenly smeared at the breast of a patient with pathological changes, the symptom is relieved by changing the medicine once after 3-5 days generally, and the effect of decreasing or recovering the tumour of the breast is achieved after 20 days.
