The invention relates to a method for processing a warp knitting ultra-soft grid knitted polyester fabric, and belongs to the technical field of processing of polyester fiber products. The method comprises the following steps: the selection and beam-warping of raw materials, namely selecting a raw material of a surface layer tissue and a raw material of a bottom layer tissue, and warping the selected raw material of the surface layer tissue and the selected raw material of the bottom layer tissue respectively; weaving, namely weaving the selected and warped raw materials of the surface layer tissue and the bottom layer tissue through warp knitting by a warp knitting machine to obtain greige cloth; dyeing, namely dyeing the greige cloth to obtain dyed greige cloth; and after finishing, namely performing after finishing on the dyed greige cloth to obtain the warp knitting ultra-soft grid knitted polyester fabric. The technical scheme makes the fabric in a regular misplaced distribution in length direction through reasonable yarn-laid digit and makes the fabric have same grids with stable, lasting and undeformed style, shortens the process flow, saves labor and energy, reduces the probability of flaw, and avoids environmental pollution caused by traditional post-processing link after pattern brushing.
