本发明涉及一种铸造铝硅合金用复合变质细化剂,其成分的重量百分比为:27-33%氯化钠NaCl,18-22%氯化钾KCl,18-22%氯化锰MnCl2,9-11%氟铝酸钠Na2AlF6,18-22%铝稀土Al-RE中间合金。它可通过定时定量将该复合变质细化剂加入合金熔液中进行处理,将精练、变质和细化处理合为一体,操作简单,工作效率高;并且铸件产品耐腐性能增强,废渣产生量少。

The present invention relates to a composite modifying and refining agent for casting aluminium and silicon alloy. The agent comprises ingredients of the following percentages by weight: 27 to 33% of NaCl, 18 to 22% of KCl, 18 to 22% of MnCl2, 9 to 11% of Na2AlF6 and 18 to 22% of Al-RE intermediate alloy. The composite modifying and refining agent can be quantitatively added to melted alloy liquid at regular time to carry out processing. The agent integrates the functions of refining, modifying and thinning processing. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation and high workefficiency. The corrosion resistance of cast products is enhanced, and the yield of waste residue is small.
