The invention relates to a vibrating diaphragm of electroacoustic transducer and a manufacture method thereof. The vibrating diaphragm comprises a central part and a dangling edge part, wherein the rigidity of the central part is higher than that of the dangling edge part, which enables the vibrating diaphragm to have different rigidity characteristics so as to enable the vibrating diaphragm to have better high-frequency characteristics and sensitivity. The invention enables the rigidity of the central part to be higher than that of the dangling edge part by utilizing a secondary heat treatment mode, and thus, the structure of the vibrating diaphragm made of the same material has two different mechanical properties, thereby having better electroacoustic efficiency and characteristic.
