The invention discloses a PVC composite board, which comprises a wear-resisting layer, an adornment layer, a high-density board and a PVC board, wherein the upper layer of the PVC board at the bottom layer is provided with the high-density board of 0.5-1cm; the high-density board is provided with an adornment board of 0.2-0.4cm; and the PVC board is 0.2-0.5cm thick. The board has the characteristics of long service life, difficult deformation, sound insulation, moisture protection, and the like.
