The invention relates to a disc-type chess, which is improved on the basis of traditional Chinese chess, international chess, I-go and Five-piece chess, and is characterized in that the chess is of a disc-type circular shape, the chess is divided into a front surface and a back surface, the front surface of the chess is divided into a front circular and a front arc side surfaces, and the back surface is divided into a back circular and a back arc side surfaces. The disc-type chess has a computation function and a phrase arranging function. The precedence order of the chess can be clearly distinguished. The disc-type chess also can be used for learning the Eight-diagram Culture.
