The invention relates to a color pen accommodation and display dual-purpose box, which comprises a box body and a box cover. The color pen accommodation and display dual-purpose box is characterized in that: the lower part of the box body is integrally connected with an accommodating chamber; an axial hole and a sliding chute are positioned on each of the two sides of the accommodating chamber; and a shaft pin is arranged at a position, corresponding to the axial hole, of the box cover convexly. The end part of the pin shaft is integrally connected with a shifting fork and is inserted into the axial hole of the accommodating chamber through the pin shaft to form shaft positioning; a pen inserting bracket is placed in the accommodating chamber of the box body, a convex rail and a shifting block are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the pen inserting bracket, and the convex rail can be inserted into the accommodation chamber to be positioned in a sliding way, while the shifting block can be contacted by a shifting fork which can turn over 270 degrees and is arranged on the box cover; and pen holders are arranged on the front and rear sides of the pen inserting bracket, and a support plate is arranged below the rear pen holder. In the invention, the box cover which performs opening and closing operation masterly drives the moveable pen inserting bracket to go up and down, so the front and rear rows of color pens are different in height and a user can store and fetch the color pens conveniently. The structure ensures that the box functions as a color pen packaging box and a showing shelf or a pen container of the color pens for sales presentation or use, and thus, the color pen accommodation and display dual-purpose box has two functions.
