The invention discloses an integrated fan propeller which comprises a blade drum, two end rings and a central disk, wherein the two ends of the blade drum are respectively and fixedly connected with the end rings; the central disk is arranged at the middle part of the blade drum; the blade drum is fixedly connected with the central disk; the blade drum comprises a drum body consisting of multipledrum body units; each drum body unit comprises a circumferential piece which is provided with blades arranged along the radial direction of the blade drum; one end or two ends of the circumferential piece are provided with a folded structure; the circumferential pieces of the multiple drum body units are sequentially connected end to end to form the cylindrical drum body; multiple through holes are evenly distributed on the circumference of the central disk, and blade grooves are arranged between the through holes and the edge of the central disk; and one end of each blade of the blade drum is extended into the through holes of the central disk through the blade grooves. The invention has simple structure; the blades are shaped by utilizing a progressive die; and the central disk and the end rings are integrated into a whole, thereby being convenient for a flow line production mode and being capable of realizing the intensive production so as to improve the capacity. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the integrated fan propeller.
