The invention discloses a method for extracting corn antihypertensive peptide. The method comprises the following steps of: adding water and ethanol into corn gluten meal serving as a raw material and mixing; raising temperature, refluxing and filtering; adding protease into filtrate for enzymolysis; performing enzyme inactivation, de-coloring and membrane separation; and drying the obtained filtrate so as to obtain the corn antihypertensive peptide. In the method of the invention, a waste byproduct of corn processing is taken as a raw material and the antihypertensive peptide is prepared by a biological method; the method has short production period, low cost, mild reaction condition, is easy and convenient to operate and does not produce any toxic or harmful substance; moreover, an obtained product has high safety and can be widely applied to fields such as medicaments, health care products, biosynthesis and the like.
