The invention belongs to the field of aquatic product preservation, in particular to a purely-natural aquatic product preservative preparation method, which is to prepare the preservative by preparing high-quality ginger extract and solution of chitosan, adding high-quality ginger extract into 95 percent food grade ethanol, dissolving, adding solution of chitosan and uniformly mixing. In the invention, the purely-natural biological preservative is prepared by combining high-quality ginger and chitosan, wherein the high-quality ginger has broad antibacterial and anti-lipoxidation effects; and the chitosan molecular structure has high-activity functional groups, shows similar characteristics with antibiotic and has high antibiotic and antiviral performance. With the two kinds of characteristics, the preservative has a good fruit preservation effect, and particularly when used in light-degree freezing and normal-temperature preservation, can greatly prolong the preservation and storage period.
