The invention relates to a dendrite corrosion low-power checkout integration method. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, milling, grinding, polishing a sample so that the checkout surface reaches the mirror smoothness; then, corroding the sample and eroding a corrosion reagent on the checkout surface for 1-2 min; washing, wiping and drying; and scanning and shooting by adopting a low-power detection suspension scanner camera device after the checkout surface is corroded, and then, processing and printing the image. The method provided by the invention can realize dressing detection and solve the defect existing in the suspension sample by adopting the low-power detection suspension scanner camera device. The invention can detect the cast-state structure of low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, high-carbon steel, low-alloy steel or alloy steel, steel blanks and large-size steel samples, observe the solidification structure and the defects thereof as well as the evolution conditions of the solidification structure and the defects of a thermally processed sheet and also check the relation between the solidification structure and the defects and has the advantages of accuracy, easy operability, environmental protection, and the like.
