The plug comprises a plastic substrate, a core plate and a cable, wherein the core plate is arranged in the plastic substrate, one end of the core plate extends out of the front end of the plastic substrate, gold fingers are embedded at both ends of the core plate extending out of plastic substrate, the cable is electrically connected with the gold finger at one end of the core plate, the gold finger at the other end of the core plate are electrically connected with the socket; the socket comprises a connector rubber base provided with a wiring terminal; the connector rubber base is provided with a splicing groove which is identical with the shape of the front end of the core plate on the plug; the wiring terminal is embedded in the connector rubber base; a welding part of the wiring terminal is exposed outside the connector rubber base, and a connecting part of the wiring terminal is exposed in the splicing groove; and the connecting system comprises the plug and the socket. The invention can accurately control the characteristic impedance of the connector, reduces signal attenuation and reflection caused by connection as possible, ensures the high-frequency performance of signal transmission and can meet the requirement of a transmission rate of 6Gb/s.
