The invention discloses a riveted structure and a riveting method thereof. The structure is provided with a first element, a second element and a rivet; the first element is provided with a jointing end, an insertion space and two fish eye holes, wherein the insertion space invaginates from the jointing end; the two fish eye holes are respectively arranged at two sides coaxially; the two fish eye holes are communicated with the insertion space; each fish eye hole is provided with a large diameter part and a small diameter part; the second element is provided with an insertion end and a rivet hole, wherein the insertion end is butted with the insertion space; the insertion end penetrates into the rivet hole in side direction; the rivet passes through the two fish eye holes and the rivet hole so that the first element and the second element are riveted; the rivet is provided with a rod body and two head parts, wherein the two head parts are respectively at two ends of the rod body and the outer diameters of the two ends are greater than the that of the rod body; each head part is respectively tightly jointed with the large diameter part of each fish eye hole, wherein each large diameter part of each fish eye hole is provided with an annular groove along the circumference surface; and each head part is provided with a raised stuffing part along a circumference surface ring, and the raised stuffing part fills the annular groove tightly. According to the invention, the riveted structure has higher impact resistance, twisting resistance or vibration-proof strength, and the service life of the riveted structure is prolonged.
