The decorative surface is also provided with decorative texture. The rice grain shaped decorative particles are randomly distributed in part or full decorative texture of the decorative surface. The manufacture process of the decorative particles includes the preparation, extrusion, cutting, drying and sieving plastic pug. The manufacture equipment of the decorative particles includes a vacuum refining mud machine, an extrusion die, a cutting device, a feeding belt, a drying device and a sieving device. The extrusion die is mounted at an outlet of the vacuum refining mud machine and is provided with one or more rice grain shaped through holes. The cutting device is composed of a rigid steel wire, a support and a transmission motor. The manufactured decorative ceramic brick has advantages of regular grain, rich change, simple process and more natural and closer to the particle decorative effect of the natural stone.
