The invention discloses a temperature control switch which has a simple structure and greatly reduced volume. The temperature control switch comprises a base, an upper cover, an operating double-metal sheet, an operating rod, a movable contact spring, a static contact spring and an offsetting spring, wherein the operating double-metal sheet is fixed at the bottom of the base; a through hole is formed in the center of a bottom plate of the base; the operating rod is movably arranged in the through hole of the bottom plate of the base up and down; the upper cover is fixed on the upper part of the base; the movable contact spring and the static contact spring are fixed on the upper cover respectively; a limiting boss is arranged in the middle of the operating rod; the upper end of the operating rod extends out of the upper cover; the offsetting spring is arranged between the limiting boss of the operating rod and the side wall of the base; a lug boss pressed against the movable contact spring is arranged on the upper part of the operating rod; and the bottom end of the operating rod is pressed against the operating double-metal sheet.
