The method is characterized in that: an application frame serves as a media vision unit of an interface and a structure for mounting a basic expression unit of an application interface, and is directly related to the visual media expression capability and application efficiency of the interface, so the interface as well as application is richer if the number of the application frames is greater, the value of the application frame is calculated by controlling the using number of the application frames, and the number of the application frames is used for window platform application deployment and used as a market pricing computing standard. By the method, the method and a business mode are provided for window-platform-architecture-based construction, direct relationships with the needs of a user in the number of the application frames are easy to realize, the pricing rationality is enhanced, and the user can apply for the application frames in a number the same as that of the application frames the user needs; and the method is particularly used for the construction of the cloud computing window platform.
