本发明公开了一种节能烤炉，它由盖体、锅体、节能罩组成，节能罩顶端设有与锅体相适应的通孔，在节能罩顶端周边设有通气孔，节能罩扣在锅体的外表上；在盖体顶部设有气孔，盖体套接在节能罩上；本发明的烤炉能够利用余热、烤制的食品味道纯正。

The invention discloses an energy-saving oven, which consists of a cover body, a pot body and an energy-saving hood, wherein the top end of the energy-saving hood is provided with a through hole adaptive to the pot body; the periphery of the top end of the energy-saving hood is provided with air vents; the energy-saving hood covers on the outer surface of the pot body; and the top of the cover body is provided with an air hole, and the cover body is sleeved with the energy-saving hood. The oven disclosed by the invention can utilize the afterheat, and food baked by the energy-saving oven has a pure taste.
