The invention discloses a process for preparing a Hussein stone, and the process is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, carrying out slurry melting, carrying out material conveying, carrying out powder hitting, carrying out blanking from multiple main material pipes, and then carrying out secondary opposite-washing permeation; b, carrying out powder conveying, carrying out material distribution, and laying one or more layers of micro powder in a grille by using a roller; c, transferring the micro powder in the grille to a mould, then sequentially carrying out compression moulding, drying and sintering on the micro powder; and d, polishing. The product prepared by using the process disclosed by the invention is random and fluent in appearance, unique in style, bright and tender in color and distinct in gradation.
