The invention relates to an acrylate rubber (ACM) and ethylene acrylate rubber (AEM) combined composition. The composition comprises the components as follows: acrylate rubber, ethylene acrylate rubber, fast-extrusion carbon black, a plasticizer, stearic acid, an interior release agent 18D, an antiager, a vulcanizer DIAK No.1 and diphenylguanidine as an accelerator. In the invention, by combiningAEM and ACM, the rubber composition has the advantages that all the tensile strength, the elongation at rupture, the thermal and ageing resistance, the compression set property and the low-temperature resistance can be improved, and the oil resistance of the rubber composition is superior to that achieved by singly using the AEM, therefore, the composition provided by the invention is applied to the manufacture of rubber products with excellent high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance and oil resistance.
