The invention discloses a road surface combined drainage system comprising first gutter inlet inspection wells (3) or/and second gutter inlet inspection wells (4) which are arranged at a position close to a sidewalk (1) or/and a nonmotor vehicle road (2) at intervals, wherein the lower part of a road way (5) is longitudinally provided with a rain pipe (6) in the whole line along a road surface; and the road way (5) is provided with rain pipe inspection wells (7) at intervals communicated with the rain pipe (6). The combined drainage system disclosed by the invention causes roadway drainage to be rapid and effective, is beneficial to travelling safety of vehicles, protects the structure layer of the road way and causes the road surface to be smoother; and meanwhile, construction is convenient, and maintenance cost is low.
