A general packet radio service (GPRS) module and a global position system (GPS) module are loaded on the basis of the existing in-situ test collection instrument, the GPS module is used for automatically collecting satellite signals and collecting geographical coordinate data of an exploration hole, the GPRS module sends field operation test data including the zero return data generated by the zero return operation after being processed by a singlechip to a customer server in a real-time wireless way, a zero return judging module arranged on the customer server is facilitated to monitor the field operation test data in real time, and the processing is carried out in time when the situation that no zero return data are generated is discovered, so the phenomena of non-standard operation of the field operation and the test data forging are fundamentally avoided, and the field operation construction quality and the test data realness are ensured. The invention also discloses a static penetration test zero return detection system used for realizing the method.
