The invention relates to a plant extraction liquid used in a cosmetic used for inhibiting acnes. According to the invention, amur corktree bark, puccoon root, chamomile flowers, hamamelis mollis oliver, eucalyptus, mint, honeysuckle flowers, green tea, dandelion, and indigowoad root are selected, washed, crushed, and extracted, such that the plant extraction liquid is obtained. According to the invention, the plant extraction liquid is provided according to heat clearing, wind-evil dispelling, blood cooling and dampness removing methods in traditional Chinese medical science. With the plant extraction liquid, acnes can be effectively removed. The plant extraction liquid is safe, and causes no irritation or side effect.
