The invention discloses a river channel sewage intercepting and collecting well used for regulating a polluted river channel and arranged at a river bank at one side of the river channel. The river channel sewage intercepting and collecting well comprises a water inlet, a gate slot well, a well lid, a well bottom and a water outlet, wherein the gate slot well and the well bottom are concreted, the water inlet is vertical to the flow direction of river water, and the axis of the water outlet forms an included angle smaller than 90 DEG with the flow direction of the river water on a horizontal plane; the water inlet comprises a pre-buried steel pipe, two grating guide slots and a grating capable of moving vertically, which are arranged on the wall of the gate slot well in a through way; the highest point of the water inlet is lower than the elevation of a water level, and the lowest point of the water inlet is close to the bottom of a river; the water outlet comprises a flow-limiting pipe, the inner wall of the gate slot well at the upstream of the flow-limiting pipe is provided with a gate slot in which a gate for controlling water diversion flux is arranged; and the elevation water level of the water outlet is lower than that of the water inlet. The river channel sewage intercepting and collecting well provided by the invention is flexible in setting, smaller in amount of equipment, stable in flux, incapable of blocking, capable of collecting water on the premise of ensuring the normal function of the river channel and convenient in operation management.
