本发明公开了一种超高强度加强芯光缆制造设备，所述包括加强芯依次经过的放线架、并线器、挤出机、冷却箱、干燥机、牵引机和收线箱。通过上述方式，本发明能够使光缆大大增加传输流量，满足恶劣环境的使用需求，利用光缆外保护层来隔绝恶劣环境对内部光纤的损坏和老化。

The invention discloses a device for manufacturing an ultra-high-strength reinforced core optical cable. The device comprises a pay-off rack, a doubling device, an extruder, a cooling box, a drying machine, a traction machine and a take-up box through which a reinforced core sequentially pass. Through the way, the device disclosed by the invention can be used for greatly increasing the transmission flow rate of the optical cable, the using requirements under a severe environment can be met, and the damages and aging, caused by the severe environment, of the internal optical fiber are prevented by utilizing an outer protection layer of the optical cable.
