本发明公开了一种超高强度加强芯保护层的制造设备，所述包括加强芯依次经过的放线架、前导向架、挤出机、冷却箱、干燥机、后导向架、牵引机和收线箱。通过上述方式，本发明能够避免光纤使用时受到杂光的干扰，同时减缓老化的速度，增加使用寿命。

The invention discloses a piece of equipment for manufacturing a protective layer of an ultrahigh strength reinforced core. The equipment comprises a wire laying frame, a front guide frame, an extruder, a cooling box, a drying machine, a back guide frame, a traction machine and a wire rewinding box, through which a reinforced core passes in turn. By virtue of such a way, the equipment disclosed by the invention can prevent optical fibers from influence of parasitic lights, and simultaneously, the aging speed is slowed down, and the service life is prolonged.
