The invention discloses a processing technique for ultrahigh-strength reinforced core. The ultrahigh-strength reinforced core comprises an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber tow body, a curing glue layer coated on the outside of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber tow body, and a protective layer coated on the surface of the curing glue layer, wherein the protective layer is made from a high-hardness and fold-resistance flame-retarding high-elastic material. The processing technique comprises the steps of: 1) passing the fiber tow body from a cable frame through a cable divider to a glueing box; 2) passing the glued fiber tow body to a curing box through a cable hole of a mould; 3) passing the cured substrate to a cable winding box through a cable dividing frame; 4) finishing cable winding, that is, finishing manufacture of the reinforced core. By adopting the mode, the reinforced core of the invention is provided, and has the advantages of small bending radius, fold-resistance, doubled tensile strength than that of an aramid fiber material reinforced core, light specific gravity and weight, and bending-folding resistance. According to the invention, the installation, the construction and the laying of an optical cable using the reinforced core of the invention are convenient; and the service life of the optical cable is long.
