The invention discloses a processing technology for an ultrahigh-strength optical cable with a reinforcing core. The ultrahigh-strength optical cable with a reinforcing core comprises an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber bundle body, the outside of which is provided with a curing adhesive layer, the outside of which is provided with a protective layer made of high-hardness and bending-resistant flame-retardant high elastic material. The processing technology comprises the following steps: 1) the fiber bundle body goes from a wire frame to a glue box through a deconcentrator; 2) the glued fiber bundle body goes from a wire hole of a mold to a curing box; 3) the cured matrix goes from a support rack to a winding box; 4) the winding box winds the matrix into a wire wheel and coating a protective layer outside the matrix through an extruder to form a reinforcing core body; 5) the reinforcing core body goes from a cooling box to the winding box; and 6) winding is completed, and thus the reinforcing core is prepared. In this way, the ultrahigh-strength optical cable with a reinforcing core provided by the invention has the advantages of a small bending radius, folding resistance, tensile strength which is two times that of a reinforcing core member of aramid fiber materials, small proportion, light weight and resistance to bending and folding. Moreover, the optical cable adopted in the invention is convenient in installation and laying construction, and has a long service life.
