本发明公开了一种用于亚麻油脱苦的方法和装置，是以食用乙醇为萃取溶剂，以串联在一起的多级油醇旋液分离器为提取装置，使乙醇与待脱苦亚麻油在油醇旋液分离器中逆流萃取，分离得到溶解有苦油的乙醇和脱除了苦味的粗亚麻油。分离出的粗亚麻油经水洗和脱水、脱醇处理后，得到脱苦亚麻油，通过亚麻油与溶剂的多级逆流萃取，实现脱除亚麻油中苦油的目的。

The invention discloses a linseed oil debittering method and device. According to the invention, edible ethanol serves as an extracting solvent, a plurality of oil-ethanol hydrocyclones are connected in series to form an extracting device, alcohol and linseed oil to be debittered are subjected to counter-current extraction in the oil-ethanol hydrocyclones, the extract is separated to obtain bitter oil-dissolved ethanol and debittered crude linseed oil, the separated crude linseed oil is subjected to water washing, dewatering and dealcoholizing treatments to obtain debittered linseed oil, and the purpose of removing bitter oil in the linseed oil is achieved through multistage counter-current extraction of the linseed oil and the solvent.
