The invention relates to a manually-reset overload overtemperature early-warning protection device, which comprises a temperature control unit (10) for carrying out early-warning when a load is overtemperature, a manual poweroff resetting protection unit (20) for automatically powering off a load circuit when the load is overload and overtemperature, and a step-down rectification unit (30), wherein the input end and the output end of the temperature control unit (10) are respectively connected with an AC power supply and the step-down rectification unit (30), and the input end and the output end of the manual poweroff resetting protection unit (20) are respectively connected with the AC power supply and the load. The manually-reset overload overtemperature early-warning protection device has the capability of sending an early-warning signal when being overload and overtemperature so as to be overhauled in advance and eliminate fault points. Meanwhile, because manual resetting is needed, the manually-reset overload overtemperature early-warning protection device can ensure that reasons or fault points causing turnoff of a circuit are removed, and then resetting can be realized; and due to adoption of dual protection, the manually-reset overload overtemperature early-warning protection device can effectively ensure the using safety of power utilization equipment.
