The grating plate is provided with the criss-cross wiring channels, and can meet the requirement that circular pre-terminating tail fiber (or butterfly pre-terminating tail fiber) with diameters being phi 2.5mm and phi 3.0mm are introduced into fiber inlet notches at any position in an upward direction, a downward direction, a leftward direction and a rightward direction; a function of redundancy management of optical fiber and cable in the grating plate can be realized; and a storage space for the optical fiber and cable is provided.
