An overload over-temperature early warning protection plug with manual reset comprises a plug main body. A temperature control unit for early warning in case of overload over-temperature, a power-off reset protection unit for automatically disconnecting a load circuit in case of overload over-temperature and a voltage-reduction, rectification and filtering unit are arranged in the plug main body, wherein the input end and output end of the temperature control unit are respectively connected with the plug main body and the voltage-reduction, rectification and filtering unit; the input end and output end of the power-off reset protection unit are respectively connected with the plug main body and a load; the temperature control unit gives sound early warning signal when the load exceeds the set temperature and removes the early warning when the load temperature is normal; the power-off reset protection unit automatically disconnects the load circuit in case of overload over-temperature; and the power-off reset protection unit is restored to break over when the power supply is manually disconnected after the load circuit is off. The overload over-temperature early warning protection plug effectively solves the problem of overload over-temperature multi-protection of the electrical equipment and can effectively ensure the using safety of the electrical equipment.
