The embodiment of the invention discloses a single-path ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device, which comprises a lower body and an upper protection body, wherein the lower body comprises a first substrate and a first resin layer; the first substrate comprises a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer and a first insulating layer positioned between the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer; the first substrate is provided with a first hole and a second hole which are filled with conducting substances; wherein the first conducting region of the first conducting layer is communicated with the third conducting region of the second conducting layer through the conducting substance in the first hole; the second conducting region of the first conducting layer is communicated with the fourth conducting region of the second conducting layer through the conducting substance in the second hole; the lower body is further provided with N holes penetrating from the first resin layer to the first insulating layer; and the first conducting region of the first conducting layer is connected with the second conducting region through slurries in the N holes. Due to the adoption of the scheme in the embodiment of the invention, the manufacturing cost of the ESD protection device is reduced, and the safety of the ESD protection device is enhanced.
