An on-off action cavity is formed on the end face of the pedal transmission piece, the section of the on-off action cavity is gear-shaped, and the on-off component is arranged in the on-off cavity. When the two on-off blocks of the on-off component are stretched, teeth of the side wall of the on-off component are meshed with the side wall of the on-off action cavity. The baby carrier front wheel on-off device is simple in structure and reasonable in design. Linkage or separation between the foot shaft and the pedal transmission piece is achieved through closing and opening of the on-off component conveniently and rapidly.
