The invention provides a shock absorption alarm structure of textile machinery. The shock absorption alarm structure comprises a roller shaft and a roller shaft support bearing the roller shaft. The roller shaft support is fixed on the top of a shock absorption rod which is connected with a rack through a shock absorption component. A motor is arranged at the bottom of the shock absorption rod, and a slide hole in which the shock absorption rod can slide is formed in the rack. An overload detection device is arranged in the slide hole and used for detecting excessive amplitude of the shock absorption rod. The shock absorption alarm structure effectively reduces vibration and noises caused by the vibration of the textile machinery, and the overload detection device is utilized to timely detect whether the mechanical vibration of the textile machinery surpass a standard range, and failures of the textile machinery caused by excess vibration are prevented.
