The novel buggy comprises a buggy frame, a buggy handle, a sitting stool, front wheels and rear wheels, wherein an adjusting pushing handle is arranged on the rear end of the buggy frame, round bars are arranged around the sitting stool, wherein the adjusting pushing handle comprises an upper pushing handle and a holding handle, an adjusting structure is arranged on a connecting position of the pushing handle and the holding handle, the sitting stool comprises a buggy frame body, a sitting stool main body and a sitting stool bracket, limit grooves which are uniformly displayed are formed on the buggy frame, a locking block and an adjusting switch are arranged on a fixing support of the sitting stool buggy frame, and a steering and adjusting structure is arranged on the front wheels of the buggy. The novel buggy has the advantages of changing manners of the traditional buggy with the an irrational pushing handle and irrational sitting chairs and the manner of the traditional buggy with irrational rotation of the buggy handle, solving the problem of bringing potential safety hazard for children to ride bikes due to the fact that the handle rotation angle of the buggy is big, being secure and reliable, and capable of being widely applied.
