本发明提供铜套表面处理工艺，包括以下步骤：步骤一：除油；步骤二：一次过硫酸；步骤三：洗铜；步骤四：二次过硫酸；步骤五：钝化；步骤六：甩干；步骤七：烘干。能够增加抗氧化膜的密集度，增强抗氧化膜与铜套本身的粘结度，避免铜套的氧化，延长铜套的使用寿命。

The invention provides a copper sleeve surface treatment process, comprising the following steps of 1, removing oil; 2, filtering sulfuric acid for the first time; 3, washing copper; 4, filtering the sulfuric acid for the second time; 5, passivating; 6, drying; and 7, baking. The intensity of an antioxidation film can be increased; the adhesive property of the antioxidation film and the copper sleeve is enhanced; oxidization of the copper sleeve is avoided; and the service life of the copper sleeve is prolonged.
