The embodiment of the invention discloses a nail shooting type stapler. According to the nail shooting type stapler, an energy accumulating and releasing assembly can be subjected to energy accumulation by utilizing a lever principle, then a nail pressing piece is driven by an elastic force generated when the energy accumulating and releasing assembly releases an elastic potential energy, the nail pressing piece pushes a staple to nail through paper, and pins of the staple are bent under the action of a ball plate, so that a function of binding the paper can be realized in a convenient and labor-saving manner.
